targeting initial investments of between $25,000 and $100,000

We strictly invest in those segments of the education industry
where we possess significant domain knowledge and experience
and typically in our targeted geographies
(east of Silicon Valley, west of New York)

We favor founders who know education and have bootstrapped
their way to at least six figures of run rate revenue
(and we are not afraid of services revenue or histories with such)

Given the synergistic, value-added services of Educated Advisors, we frequently provide such in exchange for equity,
but only for those businesses where we would first have an interest in a direct investment independent of such
